I highly recommend Jim Ware as your next real estate agent. My husband and I met Jim quite by chance in the parking lot of Chase International (which we thought would be open). He was just dropping by and asked if he could help us. He subsequently received a call cancelling an appointment shortly after the time we met. We were happy he could spend more time with us, and the relationship was established that day.

We initially made an offer on a different property that fell through after the property inspection. We came back to a property that Jim had initially selected because he thought we’d like it. He was right, we did like it even though it didn’t tick all the boxes on our list. He listened to what we said we liked and didn’t like. No house is perfect, but Jim correctly surmised that this home met more of our “must haves” than not. We ended up having Jim write an offer, respond to a counter offer and successfully ratify the contract on our new home.

Since my husband is a retired real estate broker, we were not easy clients and our loan created continual delays in our close of escrow. Jim was always professional and “no drama”. He made sure we were always in contract because of the delays and even had to deal with our being out of the country for 3 weeks prior to our close.
