We just closed on our second property in South Lake Tahoe, with Jim as our agent. As usual, the service was perfect from initially reaching out, to closing on our home. Jim was very responsive, and patient with us as we viewed many houses, all over town.

His experience and knowledge of the area is invaluable, and he is very transparent about various home types, construction, red flags, and local neighborhoods. We ended up with a home at our budget, in the neighborhood we wanted, that perfectly suits our needs both in the short term, and as a long term investment.

Once we made an offer, we were in a big rush to close as we had tenants moving into our other home. Jim's responsiveness, attention to detail, and guidance on various contingencies, inspections, and repairs really helped us to make informed decisions while expediting the close. We couldn't have done it without him, and look forward to working with him again in the future!

Jim helped us buy our condo in early 2017. We were first time buyers and Jim was very patient with us as we figured out what was going on. He is an excellent communicator and we never felt lost in what initially seemed like an intimidating process. Our vacation home will be used as a short term rent, which adds additional hurdles, but Jim was very transparent and honest about the process.
