Jim was always available to us. He is very responsive and dependable. His communication with us was great. He always kept us informed of where we were in the process.

We worked with Jim for 12 months trying to purchase a property. Do to all cash investors we were out bid many times. Jim stuck it out with us and we looked at over 50 to 80 homes. Jim has made himself available at any time we needed to look at a property. Some daysnwemwouldmlook at 5-10 homes and not like any. We highly recommend Jim Wire. We were looking for a small vacation home in the South Lake Tahoe area and Jim was very knowledgeable about the area, responsive to all of our questions and requests, persistent when looking for answers regarding properties and his recommendations were always accurate and helpful. He patiently “educated” us on the Tahoe market as well as the current RE market in general. He took us through many, many properties pointing out the positives as well as any deficiencies he was aware of. He did not give up on us after we walked away from two accepted offers after the property inspections discovered hidden issues we weren’t willing to take on. We closed escrow on our property late December 2012 and we couldn’t be happier – with our property and Jim!

You won't go wrong working with Jim Wire. He's extremely knowledgeable and patient, not pushy in any way. We gave him 5 or 6 properties that we found via the MLS engine, he then threw in a couple more to give us a good feel for the different options and would give us the pros and cons of each. Condos, ski in/outs, and different neighborhoods. He was extremely diligent through the whole process, always instantly reachable. Also constantly giving us great advice, tips and local contacts/contractors. We just moved in this last weekend, he even came over early Sunday morning to help me get the hot water heater going!
