Jim was great from start to finish. He showed me countless houses before we found the "right" one. He walked me through every step of the way and did all the behind the scenes work that I simply didn't have time for. He called the owners, the HOA, we even got through a sticky issue that could have derailed the whole purchase! Jim is knowledgeable about houses and was good about pointing out potential issues (water damage, foundation issues, roof issues, etc) while we were looking at houses, which was great too. Highly recommended.
