My husband and I were not thinking about buying a home until recently. We decided it was time to buy as a result of having to move four times in the past four years and having our rent increased by more than 200%! Plus rentals were now costing more than a mortgage payment!

Our first initiative was to see a financial adviser. Once we were told we were pre-qualified I started looking on the internet. That was on on Oct. 12th. I came across a few homes I was interested in and submitted an inquiry. I received a few calls from different realtors but only one stood-out, that was Jim Wire from Chase Realty! He definitely knew his stuff! He made me feel at ease answering all my questions and giving me valuable information pertaining to home buyers. More importantly, he never made me feel pressured or intimidated even though I was a bit apprehensive. I had always thought Chase Realty only sold upscale homes!

He asked me a few questions about the type of home my husband and I were looking for and made us an appointment to view some homes the following day. Jim showed us the homes we were interested in plus a few he felt we might like. We looked at five homes that day and the one we immediately feel in love with, he found for us! He knew exactly what we were looking for! We made another appointment with Jim for the following day so we could make an offer, go over some information we needed to know and what to expect next.

The following day Jim thoroughly went over all the documents by using a “power-point” presentation and making sure we understood everything we were reading. He answered our questions as we went on. I left his office that day with a sense of trust and assurance.

That evening, (after we made our offer), we were informed there was another offer. We discussed what would be our next and best recourse and Jim suggested I write a letter to the seller. That turned-out to be the deal breaker that persuaded the seller to sell us the house!

I still can't believe that we closed escrow on Nov. 5th! I never imagined it would be so quick and easy! Jim walked us through the whole process and it only took twenty-four days! My experience of buying a home was so positive I only wish I had done this a long time ago. Thank you Jim for taking the time to call us and guiding us through the entire transaction. My husband and I are forever grateful!
